Proposal Development Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Development Manager to join our team. This role can be based in any major city with a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate will work as a key business partner, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of proposal strategy and management.

You will have hands-on experience coordinating kick-off meetings, writing, editing, designing, and reviewing input from subject matter experts.

Additionally, you will support teams through competitive presentations and work closely with specialists to support high-quality end-to-end pursuit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture
  • Effectively producing and managing high-quality proposals following a framework
  • Coaching Partners and supporting pitch teams to achieve the best outcome
  • Guiding and influencing opportunity qualification in accordance with criteria
  • Working with Partners and subject matter experts to define compelling value propositions
  • Writing/reworking quality content, applying tone of voice guidelines
  • Applying corporate identity guidelines to ensure brand-compliant design and layout
  • Supporting the effective management of ongoing arrangements
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to support the development of high-quality proposals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Approximately 7 year's experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Self-awareness, strong project management skills, and excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office highly desirable
