Internal Account Professional

At Fuse Recruitment, we are seeking a talented Internal Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading and rapidly growing insurance brokers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing risk management services to a portfolio of clients while also offering key support to a senior broking professional.
The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 Broking Qualification, experience in managing SME and mid-market accounts, and excellent verbal and written skills. You will also be comfortable managing a portfolio while assisting others and have a positive can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of clients and gain exposure to more technical and complex risks through supporting a senior broker
- Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to SME clients
- Facilitate the provision of quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims, and processing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Maintain industry and market knowledge by attending seminars and events
Benefits:
