Non Conformity Cell Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Non Conformity Cell Team Lead at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the process of non-conformities on purchased parts, from defect characterization to containment and closure of curative actions.
Key Responsibilities- Characterize defects on purchased parts and write detailed reports
- Ensure production line continuity by identifying and blocking defective parts
- Organize re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line
- Implement first-level containment measures, including management of control and sorting activities
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve non-conformity issues
- Manage relevant supplier rework activities
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Experience in Quality or Production
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or similar field
