CHEP, a leading global supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Enablement Lead to join our team in APAC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and digital transformation across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital sales enablement plans to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional markets to ensure alignment and readiness for sales targets and product developments.
  • Create and execute category venture plans to achieve revenue scaling targets.
  • Support idea generation and prioritization for enhancing the digital product roadmap and sales strategy.
  • Prioritize and translate commercial and sales requirements to enable regional go-to-market activities.
  • Ensure Salesforce accuracy and lead development, accelerating sales through effective support and collaboration.
  • Partner with regional commercial teams in customer interactions, acting as the SME for Digital Customer Solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer of digital product sales to non-digital native teams.
  • Manage the DCS regional support budget, allocating resources to prioritize sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior commercial profile with experience in building, negotiating, and closing large complex deals across global organizations.
  • Experience in centrally led departments, upskilling, and rolling out new sales processes across multiple geographies.
  • Background in managing and upselling large enterprise accounts, with knowledge of the food and beverage and automotive sectors.
  • Expertise in influencing and driving decision-making in a matrixed environment with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling into Supply Chain and Logistics markets, with extensive IoT, track and trace, or SaaS experience.
  • Capability transformation experience and a track record in innovation, new product development, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to create value using technology in the supply chain.
  • High level of dedication, resilience, and a convincing personality.
  • Ability to translate functionality into C-level value propositions and positive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, with creativity in lead generation and CRM tools.
