About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team and lead our NDIS Mental Health & Disability programs. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and operating programs that provide complex, recovery-oriented support for people with a persistent mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold regular supervision and team meetings with staff to ensure they maintain a focus on client-directed needs and achieve client-directed outcomes and service delivery objectives.
  • Ensure agreed service delivery is provided to the client and that accurate case notes are completed regularly by the team and regular case reviews are conducted.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements, including reporting.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering quality client-directed supports and a strong background in leading teams. You will have effective listening skills, an adaptable professional communication style, and the ability to react quickly and think on your feet in critical situations. You will also have excellent time management skills and be able to work with a sense of urgency.
