Your Future Role

As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will report to the Non-Conformity Cell Manager and join our team on a full-time permanent basis at our Rollingstock Manufacturing Site. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the process of non-conformities on purchased parts, from defect characterization to containment and closure of corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Characterize defects on purchased parts and create detailed reports
  • Ensure production line continuity by identifying and containing defective parts
  • Organize re-feeding of new conform parts within the production line's takt-time
  • Implement first-level containment measures, including management of control and sorting activities
  • Block stock for non-conform parts and coordinate with suppliers
  • Develop and implement inspection criteria for incoming deliveries
  • Create non-conformity reports in ERP and SQP systems
  • Manage supplier rework activities and participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in Quality or Production
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
