This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering complex mental health and disability services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management and operation of programs that provide recovery-oriented support for individuals with persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities
- Holding regular supervision and team meetings with staff to ensure they are focused on client-directed needs and outcomes.
- Ensuring staff maintain accurate case notes and conduct regular case reviews.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, including reporting and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health, disability, social work, or psychology.
- Significant experience in leading teams and managing complex programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid-model environment, with a focus on client-directed support.
