About the Role
The Non-Conformity Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services. Reporting to the Non-Conformity Manager, this position will be responsible for monitoring and resolving non-conformities on purchased parts from receipt to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Reduce the backlog of non-conformities to be sent to suppliers to a minimum
- Perform stock movements, including restrictions, transfers, and scrap
- Place and monitor non-conformity orders for new parts, warranty, and repairs in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders
- Manage the reverse logistics process with the outbound shipment team
- Prioritize urgencies according to production line needs and challenge material planners when a non-conformity generates a missing part
- Ensure accuracy of non-conformity purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies
- Animate daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Ensure product integrity for transfer from production line to restricted area, during restricted area storage, and until shipment to the supplier
- Report the state of blocked stock to Material Management
Requirements
- Graduated at least from Higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain
- SAP experience
