About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of professionals in providing complex, recovery-oriented support to individuals with persistent mental illness. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management and operation of programs that provide support to individuals who have experienced homelessness, addiction, disability, social dysfunction, aggressive and inappropriate behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Holding regular supervision and team meetings with staff to ensure they are focused on client-directed needs and outcomes.
- Ensuring staff maintain accurate case notes and conduct regular case reviews.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community organizations.
- Ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, including reporting.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in leading teams and managing complex programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid-model environment, with a focus on client-directed support and outcomes.
