Job Title:

A Supply Chain Professional is responsible for ensuring the availability of products to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain supply plans based on sales forecasts, historical data, and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate with demand planners, production teams, and procurement to ensure accurate planning and timely replenishment of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to maintain optimal stock across distribution centers or production sites.
  • Generate purchasing requisitions for timely procurement of manufacturing components and purchased finished goods.
  • Identify potential supply constraints and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory turnover, service level, forecast accuracy).
  • Ensure system data (e.g., lead times, safety stocks, order quantities) is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure supplier performance aligns with supply requirements.
  • Support new product launches and phase-outs with appropriate planning and coordination.
  • Contribute to S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and meetings.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in supply planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, NetSuite).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with forecasting and planning tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • APICS (CPIM or CSCP) or similar supply chain certification.
  • Experience in procurement for international manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
