Corporate Treasury Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Treasury Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with expertise in funding, capital, and liquidity management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for raising capital through debt and equity markets, managing liquidity and capital planning, and working closely with the Treasurer and CFO to align these strategies with business initiatives and growth plans.

  • Liquidity Management: Develop and implement effective liquidity management strategies to ensure optimal cash flow and minimize financial risk.
  • Capital Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive capital planning strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Financing Transactions: Manage financing transactions, including debt and equity issuances, to raise capital and meet corporate funding needs.
  • Raising Capital: Identify and pursue opportunities to raise capital through debt and equity markets, leveraging expertise in treasury operations and financial markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or Business-related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in treasury or other related finance functions, with strong preference for treasury experience.
  • Strong relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills.
