Key Responsibilities Include:

The role requires working closely with the national staffing coordinator to select and oversee the talent element of a campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans, developing work schedules by allocating talent into shifts and positions, ensuring correct compensation allocation, and maintaining compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel & Word
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to create and present campaign briefs
  • Facilitation skills for training sessions
Work Arrangements:

This is a part-time position requiring 2-3 days per week, with Thursday and Friday being mandatory. The third day is optional, allowing flexibility in scheduling.
