We are seeking a highly motivated staffing professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing auxiliary staff and ensuring seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily activities
  • Supervise support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dental assisting or reception
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian work authorization required
