Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an HR/Staffing Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, with previous experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing operations.

This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.

About The Role

In this position, you will provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring clients and employees receive exceptional service.

You will coordinate onboarding processes, manage and resolve tickets from employees and clients, conduct milestone calls, and assist employees with HR queries.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive employee experience across the full worker lifecycle.
  • Coordinate onboarding including contracts, compliance checks, and inductions.
  • Manage and resolve request tickets from employees, clients, and internal teams within service levels.
  • Conduct milestone client and worker care calls to flag concerns, capture feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Assist employees with HR queries relating to policies, awards, leave entitlements, and payroll.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
  • Escalate complex matters to HR, payroll, or legal while maintaining ownership of the employee experience.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing operations.
  • Experience using ticketing/customer support platforms preferred.
  • Confident in conducting check-in calls with employees and clients.
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes, worker entitlements, and onboarding best practice.
  • Experience using HRIS systems highly regarded.
