As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

The Job Description
  • Manage the staffing roster, including creating a fortnightly working schedule.
  • Receive leave requests, schedule leave in consultation with managers.
  • Manage daily time and attendance records.
  • Finalise the roster for each pay period.
  • Liaise with the Recruitment team for staff replacements and coordinate on-boarding.
  • Respond to employee queries and changes to availability to work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rosters experience or accounting background (highly desirable).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong planning skills.
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Experience working in a large Aged Care Facility (desirable).
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current influenza vaccination.
