Early Childhood Centre Leader
We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and shape the culture of our brand-new early learning centre in Launceston.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to set up and establish the new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement.
- Design and deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
- Inspire and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support child wellbeing, learning, and safety.
Essential Qualifications
- Practical understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards.
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (experience-based pay).
- Commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development.
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
