Job Overview

This is a leadership role in early childhood education, offering the chance to establish a new centre from scratch.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Centre Director with a strong vision for delivering high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS).

The successful applicant will lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include driving the delivery of high-quality early learning programs, inspiring and motivating a team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
  • A practical understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care
  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
  • Commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
  • Strong alignment with early learning values, ethics, and high-quality pedagogy
