Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to establish a new early learning centre from the ground up, shaping its culture and building a high-performing team. The successful candidate will create a warm, inclusive, and high-quality environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
About the Role:
- Lead a passionate team of educators through strong leadership and values-driven management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading teams in early childhood education and care.
- Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (degree level commensurate on experience).
- Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration.
