About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and experienced early childhood education leader to spearhead the establishment of a brand-new, purpose-built centre in a thriving community. This is an exceptional chance for you to shape a high-quality learning environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.

This role will commence with setting up and establishing a new centre, including recruiting a dedicated team, implementing policies, and fostering strong community connections. You will play a pivotal role in creating a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS)
  • Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong, values-driven leadership
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

  • A practical and in-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards
  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education and care
  • Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and/or Early Childhood Teaching Degree (pay commensurate on experience)
  • A demonstrated commitment to professional growth, reflective practice, and team development
