Founding Centre Director

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre.
This is a rare opportunity to establish a new service from the very beginning—set the tone, shape the culture, and build your own high-performing team.
You'll play a vital role in creating a warm, inclusive, and high-quality environment where children, families, and educators thrive.
About the Role- Lead the setup and establishment of a new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement
- Drive the delivery of high-quality early learning programs aligned with regulatory standards
- Inspire, motivate, and lead a passionate team of educators through strong leadership
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child
- Recruit and train a highly skilled team of educators to provide exceptional care and education for children
- Develop and implement policies that ensure a safe and healthy environment for all
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community to foster a sense of belonging
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to meet regulatory requirements
