We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Strategy and Creative team. As the Head of Strategy and Creative, you'll drive our growth, lead a talented team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of talented strategists and creatives.
  • Foster collaboration across departments while championing professional growth and continuous learning.
  • Set the Vision: Develop and lead the Strategy & Creative department's business plan and longer-term vision.
  • Stay ahead of trends and ensure our offerings evolve to meet market needs.
  • Oversee Operations: Own the end-to-end strategy and creative process - ensure every project is on-point, on-brand, and on time.
  • Strategic Client Counsel: Lead strategy for top-tier clients, developing workshops, research insights, audience mapping, and communications plans that exceed client expectations.
  • Drive Business Growth: Partner with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships.
  • Manage Profitability: Oversee department revenue targets, ensuring profitability through smart scoping and smart delivery.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work with teams across regions and clients to bring strategies to life locally, regionally, and globally.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 8+ years in a senior strategic / creative role within a PR / communication or marketing agency.
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Strong leadership values and qualities.
  • A proven track record of turning strategic insights into creative ideas and tactical plans.
  • Deep knowledge of PR, communications, and the ever-changing media landscape.
  • The ability to stay ahead of trends and technologies, always thinking about the next big idea.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
