Job Title: High-Value Client Liaison

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a client-focused position where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences and events for our network. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, planning and preparing bespoke out-of-boutique experiences that meet or exceed their expectations.

You will also be responsible for supporting boutique activations, client treatments, and CRM support initiatives. This includes curating client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events, coordinating festive client gifting initiatives, and providing reporting and insights on clients to our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver exceptional client experiences, events, and CRM support
  • Support boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences
  • Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events
  • Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives
  • Provide reporting and insights on clients to our teams
