Job Title: Client Service Liaison

 

Job Description:

The Client Service Liaison is the primary point of contact for patients and clients within our unit. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

This position requires a high level of organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager and Medical Team
  • Coordinate patient schedules and appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and healthcare staff
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience are essential for this role. A strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also highly valued.
