We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison Representative to join our team. This role involves coordinating the pre-construction process from sales handover to site start, ensuring a smooth journey for clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the pre-construction process, including sales handover and site commencement.
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, including drafting, estimating, and certification.
  • Manage documents, approvals, and communications to keep projects on schedule.
  • Provide regular updates to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent phone manner, with strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Personable, professional, and energetic – someone who builds rapport easily.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt – enthusiasm and attitude are valued as highly as experience.
