Key Responsibilities include:

  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and enhance market position.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or business development within a high-performance, customer-focused environment.
  • Direct experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transport industry is essential, with a strong understanding of contract logistics operations and service delivery models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
