Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Services department as a key liaison between our local marketing teams and global clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a talent for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Seek to understand client requirements and integrate them into the wider business workflow
  • Oversee the end-to-end localization process working closely with operational teams
  • Proactively coordinate and deliver clients' requirements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of workflows in relation to operational teams

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Confident communication with face-to-face, written, and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams
  • Effective liaison with senior and junior level executives
  • Ownership of administrative duties including record-keeping and billing
  • Good knowledge of broadcast and film technical specifications desirable
