Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Automotive Recruitment. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the mechanical and collision workshop sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities and presenting solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket sector, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
