**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at Brisbane Private Hospital. As a key member of our Administration Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process health fund checks and IFCs in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Perform other clerical tasks, such as data entry, as required

**Requirements**

  • Relevant qualifications or comparative experience in healthcare administration
  • Commitment to our organization's values and mission
  • Demonstrable experience in health fund checks and IFCs (desirable)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
