About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Regis Aged Care. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our frontline management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of all company, resident, and employee matters
- Manage training, compliance, and education records
- Coordinate staff rostering, allocations, and personnel file management
- Reconcile and process orders for our Clinical, Support Services, and Administration teams
- Coordinate timesheets, payroll, and staff orientation
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Provide general HR support, including assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes and generating employee documentation as required
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal systems
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
