Desktop Support Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide high-quality desktop support services to customers, including incident and problem resolution, hardware replacement, and maintenance of the desktop environment.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Maintain high levels of professional communication with customers and management to ensure timely, cost-effective, and efficient desktop support services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Desktop Support Team, promoting a culture of high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with first and third level support teams to continually improve the value of desktop support services.
- Ensure adherence to quality system documentation and continually seek improvement in work practices.
Requirements
">- Supervise staff in the provision of second-tier incident and problem management.
- Deliver high-quality services to customers and continuously monitor and supervise service effectiveness.
- Meet deadlines and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate high-level written and oral communication skills to consult, negotiate, and influence others.
