Key Account Managers are strategic partners to clients, helping them achieve their goals by aligning consulting services with business needs.

They manage existing key accounts, develop new business relationships and collaborate closely with internal teams to consistently exceed client expectations.

Serving a diverse range of industries, they own and grow a portfolio of key accounts primarily in banking and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key account portfolios in various industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and create strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition team to ensure the best talent is placed.
  • Negotiate contracts, extensions and service agreements.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to improve service offerings.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management and business development within the IT services and consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, project lifecycles and the value of staff augmentation services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly driven, proactive and commercially savvy with a focus on long-term client success.
