The Customer Experience Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes, focusing on Premier accounts. This position ensures customer needs are met through proactive communication, high-quality service, and a customer-centric approach.

The specialist maintains business performance for Premier accounts by providing regular contact and selling products and value-added services. They identify growth opportunities and develop customers to drive sales growth, working closely with the Sales team and utilizing negotiation and influencing techniques.

The role involves managing targets for Premier accounts, meeting monthly/quarterly targets, and providing high-level customer service across various channels.

  • Manage sales targets and KPIs for Premier accounts, ensuring timely achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Resolve all customer enquiries within the required Service Level Agreement.
  • Collaborate with other team members and provide cover when requested to ensure continuity of service and maximize sales.
  • Engage proactively with customers and prospects to co-create unique value propositions.
  • Generate quotations and follow up to convert to sales within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via all channels to meet customer order and enquiry needs while maintaining Service Level Agreements.
  • Provide effortless customer experiences by communicating updates or changes on orders/enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to sales targets by working closely with sales and performing high-value-added activities as set out by the business.
  • Comply with all business procedures and policies, including Health and Safety.
  • Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow business by providing high human touch.
  • Minimize escalation of complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction by working with stakeholders within the end-to-end process.
