We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join the dynamic kitchen team in our Sydney Olympic Park precinct.

The successful candidate will report to the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef and be responsible for leading the day-to-day breakfast operation within the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the breakfast service, ensuring adequate supplies are available for service.
  2. Prepare and present breakfast menu items with variety and flair.
  3. Develop and train a team in quality preparation and presentation.
  4. Maintain stock rotation and minimize wastage.
  5. Mentor junior chefs and coordinate their work.
  6. Implement programs to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
  7. Lead employees by setting a positive example.
