About CITB:

CITB is a leading organization in South Australia's building and construction industries. We provide support to attract, train, and retain skilled workers by funding quality training initiatives.

As a finance and administration specialist with our team, you will be responsible for supporting our levies team in identifying and reconciling building and construction projects. You will also investigate various sources for compliance verification and maintain the accuracy of CITB's database.

This 12-month fixed-term role involves supporting broader organizational activities and acting as a point of contact for levy-related inquiries. Key responsibilities include investigating tender data and other sources to verify compliance with CITF Act requirements, ensuring project accuracy in CITB's database through data review and reconciliation, and communicating with stakeholders to promote understanding of CITF Act and Regulation requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will have minimum two years' experience in administration and customer service roles. You should possess highly developed time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with database reporting, and excellent communication skills. A working with children and police check is required.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement (up to two days from home after six months), a city-fringe location with on-street parking, and the opportunity to work within a tight-knit team with great culture. Estimated annual salary: $60,000-$80,000.
