At Mane Consulting, we're seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to lead and deliver cutting-edge HR solutions. As a client-facing consultancy expert, you'll specialize in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, and Time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Manage full lifecycle projects, guaranteeing successful delivery from design through to go-live and support.
  • Possess expertise in Time Management and Time Tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solutions across Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient configurations.
  • Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with on-site presence for key client meetings and project milestones.
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to support project implementation and foster strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proven experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in Employee Central, Payroll, and Time modules is essential.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into SAP SuccessFactors configurations is crucial.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on consultancy and stakeholder management are required.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work model and occasional travel is expected.
What You Can Expect:
