About the Role:

Avetta is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of our SaaS platform for new clients and existing client expansions. As an expert in project management, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, providing tailored solutions and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Analyze project metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within software/SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
