Job Overview

We are working with a council in Melbourne's eastern suburbs to recruit experienced Building Surveyors and Inspectors to join their team on a 3 month temporary contract, potentially extendable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue notices and orders for illegal building works and enforcement as a Building Surveyor.
  • Complete domestic building inspections as a Building Inspector.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. A Registered Building Surveyor/Inspector (Unlimited or Limited) certification.
  2. A tertiary qualification in building surveying or relevant experience/qualifications.
  3. A solid understanding of relevant acts, regulations, and standards.
  4. Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
  5. A current driver's license.
About the Role

Compensation Package
