Customer Experience Expert Opportunity

Deliver exceptional support and service to our valued customers. As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers across various channels, providing guidance and solutions to their queries.

Key aspects of the role include maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, confirming and managing customer bookings, and handling a range of customer inquiries including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.

Requirements
  • Experience in a call centre environment is desired but not essential
  • A positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and proactive approach to First Call Resolution
