As a strategic supply chain leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Supply Chain Deployment: You will lead the implementation of end-to-end supply chain standards across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP): You will oversee the management of the IBP planning function, driving the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and cycle to meet business requirements.
  • Demand Excellence: You will develop and execute the Demand Planning strategy to enhance demand excellence, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to drive high Forecast Accuracy and low Bias.
  • Supply Network Optimization: You will manage the team responsible for preparing and optimizing operational and tactical planning for the assigned supply network, balancing demand, inventory, and production capacity.
  • Customer Service Delivery: You will oversee customer service activities to meet customer service standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Degree: A university degree in a relevant field such as supply chain, operations, economics, or technical engineering is essential.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a comparable or relevant position, including demand, supply, and planning (IBP) in the animal feed industry or similar industries.
