Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Venue Manager to lead our team and drive business success.


About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and operational skills.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Your key objectives will include achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
  3. Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and control stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Ensure all areas of the venue are maintained to a high standard, meeting health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant or pub setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced qualifications.
