**The Opportunity**:
Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? Join our team as a **Customer Service Representative**and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for individuals who not only meet customer expectations but also align with our company values.

The main objective of the role is to service the needs of the broad customer base throughout the allocated region, predominantly major mining customers as well as large and medium sized contractors and construction companies in all **parts sales and enquiries**.

**Role Located**: Hobart: Tasmania

**What we are looking for**:

- Prior parts sales experience is highly regarded
- Exemplary customer service meeting both customer and company expectations
- Prior parts warehousing experience highly advantageous
- Strong written and oral communication skills for front-line customer support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Background in parts sales and mechanical aptitude highly valued
- Hold a current driver's licence
