- Monday to Friday rotating roster with shifts of:
- 7am - 3pm
- 8am - 4pm
- 9am - 5pm
As the first point of contact for customers at our Cambridge**branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
- You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
- Parts ordering
- Helping with maintenance and servicing scheduling

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Capability to learn and absorb technical information
