Job Title:

Compensation and Benefits Professional

This is a senior-level position that requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop salary benchmarking models, create salary bands based on job levels, review and optimize the performance management cycle.
  • Enhance HR service delivery, improve Workday functionality and develop strategies for organizational change.
  • Provide guidance on remuneration strategies, benefits and bonus plans.
  • Lead policy development and communicate effectively to employees.

Requirements:

  • Degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
  • Substantial experience in HR operational leadership, including processes, systems and operating models.
  • Proven ability to work in a global, matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefit modeling.
  • Team leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Workday experience an asset.
  • M&A and organizational restructure experience desirable.
