Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to support our team in Sydney. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our customers and communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and fortnightly payroll for 1000+ employees with precision and accuracy.
  • Support payroll activities across multiple Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and individual agreements by providing expert guidance.
  • Respond promptly to payroll queries from managers and employees ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team during fast-paced, high-volume periods to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with payroll tax, superannuation, and legislative requirements through meticulous attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in relevant payroll-related legislation with strong knowledge of award/EBA interpretation.
  • Experience in SAP, ServiceNow, and UKG Dimension is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability in handling high-volume payroll with efficiency and speed.
