The role of the Compensation and Benefits Specialist is a critical component of our payroll operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end weekly payroll cycles ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform tasks related to new starters, terminations, and salary changes
  • Process and review superannuation, annual leave, and other entitlements
  • Manage payroll tax compliance
  • Coordinate superannuation administration
  • Perform month-end duties for payroll, including reconciling payroll-related general ledger accounts
  • Ensure accurate deductions and allowances, including salary packaging arrangements
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on payroll-related matters
  • Liaise with site payroll personnel and provide backup as required

Strong numeracy and analytical skills are essential for this role, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. Experience with CHRIS21, Kronos, and SAP is highly regarded.
