We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This is a full-time permanent position with a paid trial and training period.

About the Role

This role involves driving sales, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, effectively managing client accounts and proactively driving sales through outbound calling and lead generation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in sales and account management within a call centre environment. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
