About this role:

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Knowledge and Capability team as a Relationship Builder. The ideal candidate will be passionate about relationship building, process optimisation, and improving service delivery.

The successful applicant will engage with stakeholders and partners to gather insights that improve referral practices and partnerships. They will develop data collection tools, form recommendations to enhance services, and advocate for change. Additionally, they will assist in planning learning activities to support staff in implementing new referral pathways and specialised services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Organise and project manage initiatives to lead change
