Job Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trade Account Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key trade partners across the Southeast / East of Melbourne area.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in sales growth. Your ability to build strong relationships with builders and other industry professionals will be essential in driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Consistently achieve sales targets through effective account management and relationship-building strategies.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow existing business and attract new customers.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Management: Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage a diverse builder-centric customer base.
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
