This role involves managing a panel of commercial brokers and growing relationships by converting new business opportunities from our direct market.
- Business Development to establish and grow your client base
- Pro-actively manage existing client relationships with regular communications and follow-ups
- Maintain expected service standards, timely response to brokers in relation any queries; pricing, policy, product, WIP status
To be successful you will have:
- 2+ years of commercial lending experience
- Customer focused
- Proven relationship and network builder
- Speed and efficiency – whilst not sacrificing quality
