Our facilities team is growing, and we have a brand-new trade-qualified Facilities Supervisor role. You will support day-to-day and long-term facilities management across our Melbourne assets.

You will work closely with facilities managers and technicians to provide the best services to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference.

The Facilities Supervisor provides on-the-ground leadership to the on-site team. They coordinate activities such as deliveries, task completion, hands-on repairs, maintenance, and supervision of facilities technicians.

  • A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification is desired.">
  • Previous experience working with third-party contractors (desirable).">
  • An understanding of general building services (fire, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and vertical transport).">
  • Experience managing a team with high responsibility.">
  • Proactive, committed, and with high attention to detail.">
  • Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents.">
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient operating procedures.">
  • Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences.">
